Signals are delivered via our web dashboard and, for premium subscribers, via Telegram. We are a signal provider — we are not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

All content provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any trading decisions. Binary options trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where binary options trading is prohibited.

4. Free Tier and Premium License

Free Tier: Access to signals on 3 timeframes (1M, 5M, 15M) via the web dashboard is provided at no cost. No registration required.

Premium License: Access to all 16 timeframes and Telegram delivery requires an approved license application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. License fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Signal Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we employ machine learning models and cross-timeframe validation to improve signal quality, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, profitability, or performance. Past results and backtested data do not guarantee future outcomes. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated signals are probabilistic, not deterministic
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and resulting gains or losses

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including signal data, confidence algorithms, branding, text, and design — is owned by Chinese Signal Bot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
